Contact person: Stefka Ilieva – managing partner, Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, certified public accountant and registered auditor since 1993, partner in charge of the auditing services of “Company for Audit and Consultancy” Ltd. Member of the Supervisors` Board of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria. Since 1990 she has been involved in the drafting of statutory acts regulating the accounting and tax laws in the country and their synchronization with the international rules and standards. For the last 12 years Stefka Ilieva has been engaged as Chief expert at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bulgaria and as expert for the Commission on Accounting Legislation at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Bulgaria. She is the author of numerous articles and publications in the field of audit, accounting and its practical an applicable aspects. Stefka Ilieva is a recognized professional in the field of accounting and has been participating actively in the conception and development of the present day Bulgarian accounting legislation and professional standards in auditing. She has excellent knowledge in the sphere of National Standards of Accounting and the International Accounting Standards. Marina has thorough knowledge of international and national accounting standards and specialized experience in the field of consolidation of accounts. She also has very good preparation in the field of automatic processing of accounting data and computer systems. She participates actively in developing business plans, economic analyses, evaluations and justifications. Marina has completed Valuation of Agricultural Lands and Lands’ Improvements Certificate. |
